Order and Pay entirely online using our secure server Browse through our website and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time. When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order. 2. Shop online BUT pay by Phone with credit card: If you prefer not to put your credit card number online into our secure transaction server, you can place your order over the phone. Simply browse through our website, and add the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Shop online BUT pay by Fax with credit card: If you prefer not to put your credit card number online into our secure transaction server, you can finalize your order by fax. Simply browse through our website, and add the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Once you are ready to place the order, print out the shopping cart page, and fax it to us. Make sure to fax a second page with your Credit Card Type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) Credit Card Number, Billing & Shipping Address, and Expiration Date. Our minimum wholesale order value is US$50.00, excluding shipping
charges.
You can still place an order for less than the minimum order value, but you will be charged a $5.00 handling charge/order, for each of these smaller orders. There is no minimum order value requirement for sample purchases. back to top Sales tax Sales tax is automatically charged on all orders where the shipping address is within Florida ONLY. Florida Businesses: If we have already setup a wholesale account for you, the sales tax charge will be automatically removed from your final invoice. You will receive a copy of your final invoice along with your shipment. If you are ordering samples for the first time, and do not have a wholesale account with us, please fax us a copy of your sales certificate within 24-hours of your confirmed order, so that we can remove the sales tax charges. If we do not receive your fax within 24-hours, we will treat the sale the same way we treat a retail sale - and you will be charged the sales tax. back to top Coupon redemption To redeem a coupon, simply click on the coupon link provided or enter the coupon claim code during the checkout process.
